How Do I Register?

You can register your child at any time by filling in the registration form and returning it to the school.

If you would like to be sent a form by post then why not drop an email to enquiry@sellyoak-nur.bham.sch.uk. Alternatively, call the Paula Bayliss or Peter McKinney in School Office on 0121 472 1700.

Please then return the forms with three forms of ID, which are:

1)   Your child’s full birth certificate.

2)   Your child’s NHS red book.

3)   Proof of address – one of the following : i) council tax bill, ii) rental agreement or iii) mortgage statement.

Once the form has been returned and the ID seen, your child’s place on our waiting list will be secured.

From January 17 2020, we’ll be able to offer your child a place and will send you an Acceptance Form and other important paperwork by post.  Your child’s place at Selly Oak for the 2020-21 school year will be secured when these forms are returned.
